All Borneo Activation/Renewal Codes sold on our website are digital products and are non-refundable. Once an order is placed and the activation code is generated and delivered, the service is considered fulfilled.
Due to the digital nature of activation codes, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not possible after delivery, except in cases where a verified technical issue is confirmed on our side.
Understanding Activation Codes:
Borneo Activation/Renewal Codes are digital products that grant access to our services for a specified duration (3 months, 6 months, or 12 months). Once a code is generated and delivered to you, it is considered as fulfilled and cannot be revoked or refunded.
Activation codes are generated specifically for the customer and cannot be reused, reassigned, or resold once delivered.
Accuracy of Orders:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the order’s accuracy before completing the purchase. Please double-check the selected product and its duration (1 PC or 2 PC) to avoid any discrepancies.
Please ensure the selected duration and PC type are correct before completing the purchase, as changes cannot be made after activation code delivery.
Exceptions:
In rare cases where there is a technical issue or error on our part resulting in the inability to activate the purchased code, we will investigate the matter promptly. If it is determined that the fault lies with Borneo Activation,
If it is determined that the fault lies with Borneo Activation, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement activation code or an alternative technical resolution. Refunds are not guaranteed in such cases.
